Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been improperly used, incorrectly installed, or damaged due to customer error.
  • Refunds are also not available for items that have been installed and removed, tampered with, or misused in any way
Proof Of Issue
  • To process a refund for a defective product, the customer may be required to provide photos or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

Return Of Products
  • If a refund is approved, the product must be returned with all original parts, packaging, and accessories included.
  • Products that are incomplete, damaged by the customer, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was sent defective.
